On Sunda May 6th 2012, the Poco-a-Poco choir was invited to perform at the Calgary’s NJCA kid’s day charity concert -
“to the children of japan” (more info here).
We started with Haruyo Koi, then performed “Jidai” from jpop legend Miyuki Nakajima. We ended our participation with a beautiful rendition of the Pachelbel’s Canon with the hanbells. Click on the picture for the videos and more information !
If you wish to join the choir, please email the CJCA. We are always looking for new members and voices. Practices are usually first Saturday (1:00pm to 3:00pm) and third Sunday (10:00am to 12:00pm) of each month. Practices are 99% in Japanese language.
The whole family (daughter Kara, myself and husband Mark) jumped on a plane Friday morning Feb 27th for a surprise visit at Ganime !

Back in the days, WhiteSun Production (with the help of Chorale Sailor Production) attempted the French fandub of an episode of Jem and The Holograms. It was never completed but we were able to dub a few clips and the songs. Have a look !
